NSS TEAM TASK LIST IN TELECOM

1 Monitoring all core n/w alarm of entire three Circle and escalation of them according predefined escalation Matrix. (Bihar/Jkd, Orissa, Rowb)

2 Msg circulation of all type of SA/NSA outages severity wise.

3 Routine Health check up of all three circle core n/w element (MSC & MGW)  twice a day(Morning & eve)

4 Circulation of  STP fluctuation report of Orissa in Circle team on a daily basis

5 Upload TSR Dump of all 4 MSC'S (Bihar/Jkd, Orissa, Rowb) at FTP on a daily basis

6 Fetch ICR_VLR dump from MSC Server at night from orissa  circle and prepared report instructed by

7customer & circulation circle wise routinely

8 Fetch Virgin VLR dump from MSC Server (fix time interval 10-11 AM) (Bihar/Jkd, Orissa, Rowb) and

9 upload at FTP on a daily basis

10 Provide Tower Location to the all three Circle Nodal Officer through mail/msg whenever ask 24*7

11Coordinate with STP/MPLS/HLR and POI partner to get issue/outage resolve within time and RCA provision

12 Taking follow up from all circle transmission team

13 Route Diagnosis in case of Packet loss SCTP/ RTP and share ping/ trace response to MPLS Team

14 Provide all type of support to the circle team whenever asked.

15 Check CFR at NBH time in all  circle and share with customer through  SMS on daily basis

16 Share daily  CN Outage  with circle.

17 KPI SMS  circulation after planned event whenever asked by circle team.
